Fred Wu
Fred Wu is a litigation lawyer with broad experience in civil-commercial disputes, and a particular focus in intellectual property and technology. Fred’s skill stems from his work at top Canadian and UK boutiques, as well as large national and multinational full-service firms. He has acted for leading businesses in matters before the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including Divisional Court), Court of Appeal for Ontario, and UK Supreme Court. Fred combines his technical acumen, legal expertise, and creative problem-solving in his law practice.

Orian Israelsohn
ARTICLING STUDENT
Orian graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, with a specialism in Law & Technology. There, she served as Research Assistant to Prof Michael Geist, following her selection to complete a coveted Technoship at the Samuelson-Glushko Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC).
She holds a Master of Fine Arts from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Musical Theatre Writing, having obtained credentials from The Second City and a bachelor’s from the University of Toronto.
Orian is completing her articles of clerkship with Wu Law. As a book writer and playwright, Orian is active in the arts and entertainment sectors, with keen focus in arts IP advocacy. Orian is building a career in asserting and defending artists’ commercial and IP rights.
